They were recently named one of the best restaurants in Asia and the only Michelin star restaurant in Vietnam. The food was great. Highlights included Mekong shrimp, Cavier Banh Nhung, Cha Ca H&agrave; Nội (black salmon), Bun Cha Bourdain and roast pigeons. Black salmon is well matched with dill sauce and roasted pigeon / glutinous rice is delicious.

The pre-seasoning is very good, the meat is fresh and delicate, the plating is very exquisite, and the taste is very good. The price is really surprising.
